FAQ
01. What is the booking process?
To submit your inquiry, click on the "Contact" , then fill out the form. Cassie will reach out within 24 hours with package info based on your needs. Once she sends the quote, please read and confirm that it is correct! Your session will be solidified upon approval and payment of 50% non-refundable deposit. Final payment is made by the end of the session, via Zelle or Apple Pay. Receipts sent electronically with each payment.
 
02. How is payment made?
 
Once you receive the quote, the 50% non-refundable deposit is made through the website Zelle or Apply Pay. Debit/Credit accepted via Square. For the balance (due immediately after session), Zelle or Apply Pay is accepted.
 
03. What is your rescheduling policy?
 
There is a $50 rescheduling fee applied if 21 days or less notice from appointed date, $70 rescheduling fee if 14 days or less and a $100 rescheduling fee for 48 hours or less notice. You can reschedule within 30 days from the original appointed time, based on Cassie's availability.
 
04. What is your standard turnaround time?
 
Within 24-48 hours of your photoshoot a collection of proofed images will be sent to your online gallery. You will be able to go through your images and select your favorites and share them back. Your exact delivery date will be released after we’ve received your photo selection confirmation email. Our standard turnaround time is 5-14 business days. However, if you need your photos returned sooner we offer expedited delivery for 1-3 days.
 
03. What if I want to do a studio photoshoot?
 
We give our clients the option to shoot in the studio or on location (outdoor or outside the studio). If you’d like your photoshoot to be held in the studio, we will do the work of booking the for you at an additional cost. You have the option to book your own studio time as well.
